The collection consists of three handwritten letters: to My dear sir, 6 Feb. 1829, with news of her writing and of her personal life, including her mother's illness, and asking after Mrs. Nichols; to My dear sir, 16 Jan. 1842, with news of illness in her family, mention of a letter from Mrs. Robert Southey, and good wishes to Mrs. Bush; to Mrs. Bowman, 23 Feb. 1872, wife of her oculist, thanking her for her hospitality and her husband's care of her eyes.
